Catholic Social Advocacy is about promoting life, justice and peace during the course of the 82nd Legislative session.

Bishop Kevin Vann and fellow Catholic bishops in Texas developed legislative priorities and will advocate the concerns of the Catholic Church of Texas to state leaders and members of the Legislature during the course of the legislative session.

Every faithful member of the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth can help Bishop Vann and the other Texas Catholic bishops.

Texas Bishops Advocacy

The Texas Catholic Conference encourages and fosters cooperation and communication among the dioceses and the ministries of the Catholic Church of Texas, as well as serving as the public policy arm of the Conference's board of directors, the bishops of Texas, before the Texas Legislature, state agencies and the Texas delegation in Congress. Bishop Kevin Vann is a member of the Texas Catholic Conference board.
