The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Needs Council of Tarrant County is hosting a symposium, "Celebrating Community: Shared Gifts–Shared Service–Shared Lives" on Friday, January 30th, from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. at The Riley Center (1701 W. Boyce Ave.) in Fort Worth. There is a Pre-Event on Thursday, January 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The symposium is focused on increasing awareness of IDD and building relationships among persons with disabilities, their families and the faith community.
