The diocesan Pastoral Planning office offers assistance with:
- Developing and maintaining pastoral and finance councils
- Articulating parish needs and planning for the future
- Providing in-service and formation for parish staff, parish ministry organizations (both volunteer and employee)
- Linking parish needs to diocesan resources
- Suggesting speakers and programs
- Mediating conflicts
- Assists during times of pastor and parish staff transition
