November 17-19, 2011
National Catholic Youth Conference
Indianapolis, Indiana
"When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit upon his glorious throne." - Matthew 25:31
As a Diocese, we participate in the National Catholic Youth Conference every two years so that our young people can witness the 20+ thousand strong Catholic youth gathering, learn more about their faith, how to lead, and of course to pray and play as the Body of Christ.
Daily activities during the conference include general sessions, prayer services, and concurrent sessions that focus on the theme "Called to Glory." Topics will include Catholic identity, Catholic social teaching, cultural diversity, family relationships, forgiveness, global issues, leadership, self-esteem, sexuality, spirituality and prayer and social justice.
