Ordination and Installation of Bishop-elect Michael F. Olson

Mass of Ordination and Installation:
  • 12:00 p.m. - Doors Open to the Fort Worth Convention Center Arena
  • 1:00 p.m. - Prelude Choir Performances
  • 2:00 p.m. - Mass of Ordination and Installation

 

Seating:

The Mass of Ordination and Installation is open to the public with no reserved seating in the normal arena seating areas. Overflow seating will be available in the reception area. Handicapped seating is available. Reserved seating will be available for the hearing impaired.

 

Reception:

At the conclusion of the Mass of Ordination and Installation until 7:00 p.m. in Exhibit Halls B, C and D of the Fort Worth Convention Center.

Food and Beverages:

No food and beverages allowed into the Convention Center and arena.

 

Personal Parking:

Bus Drop-off and Parking is available. Buses will drop off passengers on the south side Ninth Street, between Commerce and Houston Streets. Buses will park at the old Tandy Center Parking lot, address, during the ceremony. Pick-up of passengers will take place at the Ninth Street location.

Parking at city street parking meters and in private parking lots will be limited because Wednesday is a workday when downtown parking facilities are in use.

Bus Parking

Parishes that are bringing buses can park for free at the Panther Island Pavilion (the old Tandy Center Parking) located at: 395 Purcey Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102.
