The April 7, 2011 issue of The North Texas Catholic carried Bishop Kevin Vann’s message regarding his on-going commitment to the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. In his statement, Bishop Vann provides an historic review of the actions he has taken to further implement the Charter and to ensure the safety of children, youth, and the Church in North Texas. He acknowledges the ministry of the clergy and laity, especially of the support of so many involved in Safe Environment education.

La publicación del 7 de abril de 2011 del periódico North Texas Catholic incluyó el mensaje del Obispo Kevin Vann respecto a su compromiso constante con Los Estatutos para la Protección de Niños y Jóvenes. En su declaración el Obispo Vann ofreció una breve historia de las acciones que él ha tomado para implementar Los Estatutos y para garantizar la seguridad de los niños, jóvenes y de la Iglesia en el norte de Texas. El Obispo reconoce el ministerio del clero y los laicos, en especial el apoyo de tantas personas que colaboran en la formación de un Ambiente Seguro.
